WHO WE ARE
Founder and Director of Consulting, Paul Bissell, is a multi-award winning Reward expert with over 20 years experience.
He has held senior roles in FTSE 100 companies in the Finance and Telecommunication industries as well as doing consulting work for a variety of small and medium sized enterprises, public sector and professional bodies

The original idea behind Strategic Reward Solutions when it was set up in 2008, was to provide companies with access to the kind of reward expertise that so many just don't have, or don't have in sufficient depth/quantity.
Times have changed quite a bit in the intervening years, but I believe that the need for the skills and knowledge that I can provide still exists. Indeed with increased legislation and complexity, the need has probably never been greater.
What has definitely changed is the way in which solutions can be sought, created and delivered in a digital age. I still believe that talking to people is the best way of understanding and addressing their needs , but for some things, help and solutions can be created quickly and effectively online.
For many businesses, the idea of using a Consultancy is off putting. For many, they are unsure of who they will be working with and how experienced they are. For others, the primary issue is cost. That is why with this site, you can make an enquiry without committing your company to costly services and gradually build up a relationship over time, knowing what it will cost and who you will be working with at every step of the way.
